Development draft

This page describes the current preview and requires review by the Academy before a public launch. Final legal terms, the responsible organisation’s details, and operational policies must be confirmed before accepting live enrolments.

Information you share

An account stores your name, email address, and a protected password. Learning records include course enrolments, completed lessons, assessment attempts, assignment submissions, instructor feedback, and completion certificates.

If you use the contact form, your name, email address, and message are saved in the staff inbox. Assignment attachments are stored for learning and review. Please anonymise examples and avoid including sensitive information about yourself or other people.

How the platform uses information

The platform uses account and learning records to provide course access, save your progress, assess your work, and display your feedback and certificates. Authorised staff can review submissions and contact messages. Administrators can manage courses and confirm pending enrolments.

Certificate verification

A completed certificate can be checked using its verification code. A successful public check displays the learner’s initials, course title, and completion date. Keep this in mind when sharing your code or certificate.

Sessions and external links

The platform uses a session to keep you signed in and to support form security. Choosing “Keep me signed in” enables a persistent login. Links to Facebook and any other external services open services with their own privacy practices.

Questions and requests

Use the contact form for questions about your information or to request a correction or account deletion. Retention periods, the formal request process, hosting arrangements, and any additional service providers must be documented before launch.
